• I-10 eastbound between Anthony and Transmountain full closure

Detour: Traffic on South Desert, proceed through intersection at Anthony and Vinton, then enter I-10 eastbound after Los Mochis.

Crews will be working on deck placement.

Monday, September 28

9 p.m. – 6 a.m. (Night)

• I-10 east and westbound between Transmountain and Artcraft full closure

Crews will be placing south and northbound turnaround bridge deck.

Borderland Expressway Phase 2 Project

Monday, September 28– Friday, October 2

Daily, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

• US-54 east and westbound between Mesquite Hills and McCombs alternate lane closures

• Mesquite Hills reduced to one lane between US-54 and Red Man

• Flaggers will be on-site directing traffic as needed for haul trucks crossing Mesquite Hills

Daily, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Flaggers will be on-site directing traffic as needed for haul trucks crossing at McCombs and Stan Roberts intersection

Crews will be working on bridge work and transporting earth embankment into the project.

Saturday, October 3 - Monday, October 5

4 a.m. - 6 a.m. (50-Hr. Closure)

• FM-3255 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) north and southbound between FM-2529 (Stan Roberts Ave.) and NM-404 (O’Hara Rd.) full closure.

• Local traffic will be allowed to access businesses and residences between NM-404 (O’Hara Rd.) and the Texas-New Mexico state line.

Detour: Traffic will use O’Hara Rd., IH-10, LP-375 (Woodrow Bean Transmountain Rd.) and US-54.

Crews will be working on a traffic switch to allow for construction of FM-3255 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) new road configuration.

Bridge Rehabilitation from Spur 1966 (Schuster) to Coldwell St. Project

Full Closure Until October 30, 2026 - 24/7

• Paisano east and westbound between Spur 1966 (Schuster) and Coldwell St. main lanes closed

Tuesday, September 29 - Friday, October 2 

9 p.m. - 6 a.m. (Nightly)

• Spur 601 westbound to US-54 southbound closed

• Ramp to US-54 will be closed for asphalt work

Crews will be working on bridge repairs.

Loop 375 Rehabilitation Project

Sunday, September 27 – Thursday, October 1

8 p.m. - 6 a.m. (Nightly)

• Loop 375 (Border Highway) west and eastbound between Fonseca and Oregon full closure

• Loop 375 (Border Highway) westbound exit ramp to Paisano (Exit 20) full closure

• Loop 375 (Border Highway) westbound exit ramp to US-54 East and I-10 West full closure

Crews will be working on guardrail and mow strip.

Wednesday, September 30 – Thursday, October 1

8 p.m. – 6 a.m. (Nightly)

• Loop 375 (Border Highway) eastbound entrance ramp from Paisano full closure

Crews will be working on riprap.

Road Repairs

Concrete Work

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• I-10 westbound between Schuster and Executive right lane closed

Crews will be pouring concrete rip rap.

Thursday, October 1

• Loop 375 (Border Highway) westbound between Midway and Fonseca right lane and exit ramp at Fonseca closed

Friday, October 2

• Loop 375 (Border Highway) westbound between Midway and Fonseca shoulder closed

Crews will be repairing guardrails.

• Cotton north and southbound between San Antonio and Delta alternate lane closures

• Railroad entrance to Spur 601 east closed

• Detour all traffic to Sunland Park Exit

Safety Lighting Project

Daily, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

• I-10 east- and westbound alternating lane and ramp closures from Raynolds Street to Paisano Drive

• Gateway Boulevard east- and westbound alternating lane and ramp closures between Raynolds St and Paisano Dr

• Titanic Avenue east- and westbound right shoulder closures between Howard Street and Pandora Street

• Copia Street north- and southbound alternating lane closure between Wyoming Avenue and Hueco Avenue

• Dyer Street north- and southbound alternating lane closure between Van Buren Avenue and Kemp Avenue

• I-10 from north- and southbound alternating lane closures Acala Road to Finley Road

Crews will be doing shoulder work.

Montana Widening Project

Thursday, October 1 -Friday, October 2

Nightly, 9 p.m.-5 a.m.

• Joe Battle Boulevard northbound turnaround closure at Montana Avenue.     

Crews will be placing Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP).

Sergeant Major Bridge Reconstruction Project

Nightly, 12 a.m. – 3 p.m.

• Purple Heart Highway (Loop 375) southbound alternating right lane closures between Sergeant Major Exit and entrance ramps.

• Purple Heart Highway (Loop 375) southbound ramp closures between Sergeant Major Exit and entrance ramps.

FM 258 Safety Improvements

Daily, 9 a.m. -4 p.m.

• Socorro Road east-and westbound alternating right lane closure between Winn Road to Belen Road

Crews will be working on sidewalks and driveways.
