NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS ORDINANCE MEETINGS
The Neighborhood Service team will be hosting public input sessions in each of the 8 districts. This is an opportunity to share your feedback on proposed updates to the city's Neighborhood Associations Ordinance 017744
The 2012 Neighborhood Associations Ordinance is the standardized policy recognizing neighborhood and civic associations. It outlines association responsibilities and the services provided to them by the City. The proposed amendments are intended to update procedures and improve process and service delivery.

Community input is an important part of the legislative process, especially when it comes to decisions that impact El Paso.A community survey is currently open to gather feedback on the future redesignation of the Cesar Chavez Border Highway.This survey is part of a broader effort to ensure any future legislative action reflects the views of our community.Every response submitted will be reviewed and considered as we determine next steps. Community feedback helps guide these conversations and ensures decisions are informed by the people they impact most.

August 31 - Under current state law, any costs associated with a potential highway redesignation must be covered through private funding, as state funds cannot be used for redesignation expenses

EL PASO COUNTY PRECINCT 3 PUBLIC ART PROJECT – PUBLIC FEEDBACK SURVEY
Precinct 3 is seeking community feedback to help shape the creation of three new public art installations—one at each of the historic missions: Socorro, Ysleta, and San Elizario. Each installation will feature large, sculptural letters spelling the mission’s name, inspired by the colorful place-name installations often seen throughout Mexico.

The FBI is warning the public about scammers impersonating FBI personnel pretending to help the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) with complaints. Criminals are using AI‑generated videos, spoofed websites, and fake fund‑recovery claims to steal personal information.
