NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, ROUND 5 PRE-APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN
Neighborhood Services has opened the Pre-Application process for the 5th and final round of the Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP), attached is the NIP Round 5 flyer with more information. Registered Neighborhood Associations can submit their Pre-Applications electronically, by email, or mail. Pre-Applications are available on our website https://www.elpasotexas.gov/community-and-human-development/neighborhood-services/neighborhood-improvement-program Pre-Applications for this round are due on Friday April 2, 2021.
